RESERVATIONS: WHAT WE CAN OFFER

The one thing that we offer at La Stella is flexibility in everything that we do. If you would like a bespoke menu designed, Canapés and Bubbles on arrival or something completely different altogether we will always make every effort to make your dining experience unlike anything else. All we ever ask is that you specify as you make the booking so that our chefs and waiting staff have the most time available to make your evening as special as it can be.

CAPACITY

La Stella can hold 37 diners comfortably. We advise this is our maximum capacity but if you don’t mind squeezing up we will accommodate 40-42

DEPOSITS

All tables of 7 or above are subject to a deposit to confirm the booking. This stands at £10 per person for a lunchtime reservation and £20 per person for an evening booking. If there are any changes to numbers after the deposit is taken then the whole deposit will be returned providing you give the restaurant at least 48 hours notice.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers are available to buy in the restaurant or over the phone and are available in any denomination.

SERVICE TIMES

Monday - Friday

  • Lunch – 12:00 - 14:30
  • Dinner – 17:30 - 21:45

We serve all day from 12pm on a Saturday & normally stop service around 4.30pm to prepare for our evening diners

Sunday - Closed

CONTACTING US

The best time to call is between the hours of 10am and 12pm and 3pm to 6pm. Although we will always make the effort to answer the phone as quickly as possible it is often easier to call outside of our dining times. We also check our emails twice a day so it is often easier to send us an email with the date, time, number of people, name and a daytime contact number and we will confirm the table that way.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

We are lucky enough to have a very busy restaurant and as a result we book up very quickly on our busiest days. Friday and Saturdays are the obvious example of this and we will book up at peak time (7pm to 8:30pm) normally up to 3 weeks in advance. We do pride ourselves in the level of the service that we provide and as a result strict in the times available on our busiest days, this is to the benefit of everyone and means that we can maintain the standards that people are coming to expect from the Courtyard.

BOOKING POLICY

Our Current Booking policy is that every evening table is given a pre call 24 hours in advance (normally between 3-6pm the previous day) to confirm the time and final numbers for the booking. In regards Friday and Saturday evenings if we are unable to contact you the day before we will leave a message and the onus will be on the customer to call us back at to confirm they will be attending by 3pm on the day of the booking failure to do so could result in the loss of your table.
