Terms and Conditions for the Beetroot Loyalty Card

1. To earn or redeem points, a participant must present the Card to their server before or at the same time as presenting payment for your transaction.

2. Stamps will be awarded when a customer purchases a meal at a minimum cost of £15.00. One stamp per card per visit.

3. Rewards can be redeemed only on the requisite amount of stamps being collected.

4. Once the required total of stamps has been collected, the customer must surrender their Beetroot Loyalty Card to redeem the complimentary item.

5. The Beetroot Loyalty Card can be stamped on all visits to our restaurants and can only be redeemed for Lunch, Monday to Saturday 12.30-2.30pm & Early Evening Monday to Thursday 5.00-6.30pm.

6. The Beetroot Loyalty card is only valid at La Stella and The Courtyard Restaurants.

7. The Beetroot Loyalty Card is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. The Beetroot Loyalty Card cannot be used with any other offer.

9. We may, at our discretion, replace rewards with a similar reward.

10. The Beetroot Loyalty Card is the responsibility of the holder.

11. We may amend or terminate the Scheme or amend any of these terms and conditions, (including the value of points) at any time by giving notice:

(i) at La Stella and Courtyard premises; or
(ii) on our website; or
(iii) by sending an email to participants who have chosen to receive further communication from us.
