Our Spring Creations menu is going down really well and have been getting some great feedback and amazing reviews on Trip Advisor (for any reviewers reading..Many thanks!!)   Please search La Stella Aberdeen on www.tripadvisor.co.uk to read all our wonderful reviews!!</p>
<p>The produce that has started to come in this month is truley amazing. Wild garlic, wild leeks, morels, brill, Scottish Asparagus, purple sprouting broccoli, rhubarb, samphire &amp; nettles&#8230;.We have been busy &amp; creating &amp; playing around with experimental flavors and textures all in aid of Spring time and enchancing our customers experience with us!!</p>
<p>After last year&#8217;s success we now have also made the first batch of &#8220;La Stella Pink Lemonade&#8221; which is now on sale in the restaurant&#8230;.You just gotta come down &amp; try a glass&#8230;.MMMmmmmm</p>
<p>As Summer looms near we have also been spending time working on the Summer Creations menu which will be launched around the beginning of June with new ideas, cooking concepts &amp; flavour combinations included it will be sure to create excitiment for our customers. Our new Dessert menu is now also running with some very intresting flavours of Homemade Ice Creams &amp; Sorbets!!</p>
<p>My Chefs have been busy practising for the Grampiam Chef of The Year competition being held at Aberdeen College on Monday the 24 of May. Stuart Bruce (Sous Chef) will be entering Chef of the Year, Lewis Hewitt (Chef-De-Partie) will be entering Seafood Chef of the Year &amp; Thomas Wallace (Chef-De-Partie) will be entering Young Chef of the Year. The boys have been practising hard and their dishes are all on the menus in the restaurant should you be visiting us!!</p>
<p>We were quiet lucky to have received an inspection from Michelin last month!! The Inspector enjoyed a 3 course lunch and then spent about 1/2hr speaking to me on all things Michelin&#8230;VERY exciting times &amp; he informed me that we will be getting another visit sometime soon. This time the inspector will be having dinner.</p>
<p>As you can see the website has been updated slightly with the menu section becoming more user friendley &amp; &#8220;The Chef&#8221; section will be live later this month. We also have some very exciting news about a new project for Beetroot Restaurants Ltd / The La Stella team that i will be blogging in the next few weeks&#8230;.Fingers crossed.</p>

<p>Welcome to the new and improved La Stella website. For te past few months Dave Moles &amp; Steve Cardno have been working closley with Chris &amp; his tem @ La Stella to enchance the old website. As of 12.30am last night the new site has now went live. The main objective of the new site is to encourage customer interaction and promote all our suppliers &amp; friends who help make La Stella a success.</p>
<p>Over the next few months we will be adding frequent blogs &amp; videos of the chefs in action in the kitchen creating all your favourite dishes we serve @ La Stella as well as all the intresting experiments we do to better your dining experience with us.</p>
<p>A new feature of the website is the Library section. The current Winter Creations Menu 2010 (the one we have on at present) will be published at the beginning of April with full colour photographs and recipe&#8217;s. These will be downloadable &amp; printable for you to try and create in the comfort of your own home. The idea is for you to contact us with any questions you may have about the dish you attempt to recreate. Imagine a dinner party, wowing your guests with a recipe from the La Stella website where the chefs were quide you through the blog tool to host the perfect dinner party. It would be like having the chef there!!</p>
<p>To summarise please take the time to have a look through the NEW website, leave a comment on the blog &amp; sign up to our newsletter. we will be sending these out quartley with news and subscriber offers!!</p>
