    Lynsey is Chris’ fiancé and business partner. On a day to day basis Lynsey looks after all the smaller details at the restaurant and is also involved in the marketing & advertising side. Her main hobby is photography and her work has been used in our new website and also hangs on the walls inside the restaurant. She help keeps a BIG smile on everybody’s face!!

    After re-joining the La Stella early March James brings back his wealth of knowledge, passion for the industry & an extremely keen interest in wine. We are all very delighted with James’s return and firmly believe we now have the perfect team. Always eager to interact with the customers and brings a spark to every service & ensures everybody’s time at La Stella is flawless.

  • FIONA YULE – Restaurant Supervisor

    Fiona has recently re-joined our restaurant team. Fiona’s dedication to customers satisfaction is brilliant and very knowledgeable on everything La Stella. Whether it’s a question about food or wine she has all the answers.

  • STUART BRUCE – Sous Chef

    The second in command in our kitchen. Stuart’s enthusiasm is unstoppable. He is constantly researching new dishes, methods, concepts & textures. His endless quest to find out how the elements of food work has been amazing. We have taken the level of understanding different food compounds and what works to a different level. Our very own Heston Blumenthal!!

  • LEWIS HEWITT – Chef-De-Partie

    Lewis is one of the younger chefs in the kitchen. Having been with the company from the beginning his main areas of interest is pastry. Lewis has an amazing eye for detail, eager determination to produce high quality dishes, learn and progress as a chef.

  • THOMAS WALLACE – Chef-De-Partie

    Thomas is our latest addition to the team of chefs. Having worked in an Italian Restaurant for 3 years he has showed a very keen interest to develop his knowledge and is proving to become an excellent addition to La Stella.

  • LEE BLACK – Kitchen Assistant

    Lee works part-time in the kitchen his official role is Kitchen Porter although he sometime’s thinks he is the head Chef. Lee has a brilliant sense of humour and keeps us all amused. He is an essential part of our team and helps with the general duties of keeping the kitchen clean.

  • MEGAN BANNERMAN – Waitress

    Megan works for us a few days a week. Megan is currently studying Nursing and is always happy to help around the restaurant. A very friendly & interactive member of our waiting staff team.

  • JADE COLLINS – Waitress

    Jade is currently in 6th year and is our Saturday night girl. Jade bubbly personality helps ensure our customers enjoy their time with us at La Stella.
